The State Pollution Control Agency, motor vehicle noise limits, Minn. Rules Ch. 7030, as currently enacted or hereafter amended, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein except to the extent specifically inconsistent with this section. The provisions thereof shall be supplemental to the provisions of this section and shall not preempt this section unless such preemption is required by law.
