For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SERVICE LINES. All branch water, sewer or gas pipes in the streets connecting mains with adjacent property.
STREET. All streets, avenues and places, or any part thereof, heretofore dedicated, and those streets, avenues and places or parts thereof, which are projected on the overall development map of the city whether or not now dedicated to the public.
SURFACING or SURFACED. Concrete pavement or plant-mixed bituminous surfacing or other similar type of hard surfacing and shall include the term RESURFACING.
