§ 93.042 TRASH BURNING REGULATED.
   Any of the materials described in § 93.040 of this chapter may be burned in Fire Zone 1 of the city in a multiple chamber gas fired incinerator of sufficient size and capacity approved by the State Pollution Control Agency.
