SCHEDULE I. ONE-WAY ROADS.
   (A)   Restrictions. The streets in the city named below are hereby designated one-way roadways upon which vehicular traffic shall move only in the direction indicated:
      (1)   East Park Square from Main Street to East Broadway on which East Park Square vehicular traffic shall move only in a northerly direction around Central Park in said city, to where said East Park Square intersects East Broadway;
      (2)   West Park Square from the intersection of North Cedar Street with Broadway to where said West Park Square intersects West Main Street on which West Park Square vehicular traffic shall move only in a southerly direction around Central Park in the said city, from said North Cedar Street and from West Bridge Street and from West Broadway, to where said West Park Square intersects West Main Street; and
      (3)   On Broadway, from the intersection of East Park Square to the intersection with West Park Square, traffic shall move only in a westerly direction.

   (B)   Posting of signs. The Engineer shall post appropriate signs indicating the direction of lawful traffic movements on streets designated one-way roadways in division (A) above at every intersection where movement of vehicular traffic in the opposite direction is prohibited.

   (C)   Penalty. Any person operating a vehicle on a street designated and sign posted for one-way traffic as a one-way roadway in a direction opposite to that permitted on such roadway shall be guilty of a petty offense.
