§ 71.038 PARK AND RECREATION PROGRAMS.
   (A)   Notwithstanding the prohibitions of this subchapter, the Director of Parks and Recreation shall have authority to supervise and regulate events or programs in connection with events conducted by the City Park and Recreation Department in which snowmobiles are used.
   (B)   The Director of Parks and Recreation shall have the authority to designate city parks that are deemed available for the use of snowmobiles.
