§ 70.05 APPLICANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES.
   It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to make all necessary arrangements with the State Department of Transportation if state or United States trunk highways are to be used, and the County Highway Department if county highways are to be used; to make all necessary arrangements for blocking or barricading of streets, alleys, assembly and dispersal areas and other ways of access to the proposed parade route; to arrange with the Chief of Police for policing of the route, assembly and dispersal areas and points of access to the parade route; to make all arrangements for ambulance and other necessary medical services; to arrange for clean up and trash removal of litter in and along the parade route and in assembly and dispersal areas.
