§ 52.06 EXEMPTIONS.

   The following land uses are exempt from the storm water management fee:

   (A)   Public road right-of-way;

   (B)   Lakes, streams and other bodies of water;

   (C)   Wetlands of the city;

   (D)   Agricultural land;

   (E)   Undeveloped property;

   (F)   Platted, un-developed residential lots;

   (G)   Cemeteries;

   (H)   Golf courses; and

   (I)   Railroads.
