§ 76.023 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying such vehicle for sale; or
   (B)   Repair such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.
