§ 76.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person convicted of violating § 76.030 is guilty of an offense and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300. Every day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
