§ 71.06 NOT STOPPING FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.

No persons shall fail to come to a complete stop at any intersection which is controlled by any traffic control device that by state law has been designated a stop sign. A violation of this section shall be designated as not stopping and be subject to fine as provided in this title.
