(A) Metered rates per month. The following rates and charges apply to the use of and the service rendered by the town waterworks. Phase I rates shall go into effect starting with the January 1, 2024 billing, Phase II rates shall go into effect starting with the January 1, 2025 billing, Phase III rates shall go into effect starting with the January 1, 2026 billing, Phase IV rates shall go into effect starting with the January 1, 2027 billing and Phase V rates shall go into effect starting with the January 1, 2028 billing.

(B) Non-recurring charges:
(1) As set forth in § 10.98.
(2) Fee for turning on meter that was turned off due to non-payment during normal office hours set forth in § 10.98.
(C) The town shall make and enforce such bylaws and regulations as may be deemed necessary for the safe, economical and efficient management of the town’s water system and for the construction and use of water lines and connections to the water system, and for the regulation, collection, rebating and refunding of such rates and charges.
(D) The town shall exercise its discretion in matters involving any deviation from the rates and charges herein.
