§ 116.40 MINORS PROHIBITED; PROOF OF AGE.
   No licensee shall allow a minor to enter the licensed premises. The licensee shall request proof of age of all persons the licensee believes to be under the age of 18 years. Proof of age may be established only by: a valid driver’s license or identification card issued by this state, another state, or a province of Canada, and including the photograph and date of birth of the licensed person; a valid military identification card issued by the U.S. Department of Defense; or in the case of a foreign national from a nation other than Canada, a valid passport.
