§ 116.99 PENALTY.

(A) Injunction. A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid license or otherwise in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunctive relief, including a temporary restraining order.

(B) Misdemeanor. A violation of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor under state law.
