§ 71.20 REMOVAL OF PARKED VEHICLE UPON POLICE ORDER.
   Notwithstanding any other provision herein, upon order of any police officer of the city, or of any other political subdivision of the state, or of the state, the owner or operator of any vehicle shall remove the vehicle from where it is parked immediately upon receiving the order. If the owner or operator fails to move the vehicle, the police officer may have the same removed at the expense of the owner or operator, who shall be liable for the cost of removing the vehicle and the storage thereof. Violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
