§ 71.07 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES UNLAWFUL.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon a street, highway, or roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale; or
   (B)   Washing, greasing, or repairing the vehicle, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency.
