(A) Parallel parking. All motor vehicles parked in the city shall be parked parallel to the curb not more than 12 inches from the curb, except as hereinafter provided.
(B) Designated diagonal parking. All vehicles parked in the areas as set forth in Ch. 74 Sched. I shall park diagonally to the curbing and not parallel thereto. No truck longer than 18 feet may park diagonally.
