§ 70.16 WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS; TRUCK ROUTES.
   Other than a school bus, no vehicle of more than three tons gross weight shall be operated upon any street which is not hereinafter designated as a truck route, except where it is necessary to traverse another street or streets to a destination for the purpose of loading or unloading goods or for the purpose of towing a damaged or disabled vehicle to or from public or private property, and then by only that deviation from the nearest truck route as is reasonably necessary.
