§ 70.15 PNEUMATIC TIRES REQUIRED.
   The operation of any vehicle of any type whatsoever, not equipped with pneumatic tires, as defined in M.S. § 169.01(12), as it may be amended from time to time, upon any street in the city is hereby prohibited.
