§ 52.056 UNPOLLUTED WATERS; DISCHARGE TO STORM SEWERS OR NATURAL OUTLET.

Storm water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to sewers that are specifically designated storm sewers, or to a natural outlet approved by the Council. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon approval of the Council, to a storm sewer or natural outlet.
