(A) All costs and expenses incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
(B) It shall be the responsibility of the owner to maintain and pay for repairs due to blockages to the service pipe from the main in the street into the house or structure. It shall be the responsibility of the owner to maintain and pay for repairs due to collapsed or broken lines to the service pipe from the sewer main into the house or structure.
