§ 30.20 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   Order of business. Each meeting of the Council shall convene at the time and place appointed therefor. Council business shall be conducted in the following order:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Roll call;
      (3)   Pledge of Allegiance;
      (4)   Approval of agenda (additions or deletions);
      (5)   Consent agenda;
      (6)   Matters from the floor;
      (7)   Special business;
      (8)   Public hearings;
      (9)   Old business;
      (10)   New business;
      (11)   Administrator-Clerk-Treasurer’s report;
      (12)   Council and Attorney reports; and
      (13)   Adjournment.
   (B)   Varying order of business. The order of business may be varied by the presiding officer; however, all public hearings shall be held at the time specified in the notice of hearing.
