§ 30.15 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   Regular meetings of the Council shall be set by the Council at the first meeting in January. Any regular meeting falling upon a holiday shall be rescheduled and held at the time and place set by the Council. All meetings, including special and adjourned meetings, shall be held at City Hall unless otherwise set by motion duly made and passed at a Council meeting.
