§ 91.02 USE OF FIREWORKS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   The use of fireworks within the town at all times and locations with the exception of the following dates and times is prohibited:
   (A)   Between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and two hours after sunset on Memorial Day weekend (Friday through Monday), June 29, June 30, July 1, July 2, July 3, July 5, July 6, July 7, July 8, and July 9, and Labor Day weekend (Friday through Monday);
   (B)   Between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on July 4;
   (C)   Between the hours of 10:00 am. on December 31 and 1:00 a.m. on January 1;
   (D)   Any other time and location duly authorized by the town by permit to be obtained prior to the scheduled event;
   (E)   Use of fireworks is restricted to property owned or authorized for use by the user;
   (F)   Fireworks use is not permitted on town-owned property, parks, roads, easements or other publicly-owned property without specific approval by the Town Council;
   (G)   Nothing in this section shall prevent the Fire Chief and Town Marshal, or their designee, from preventing the use of fireworks due to weather conditions or any other safety concerns.
