§ 51.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   In the event § 51.03(L) is violated, the town may charge the violator with the costs of any corrective action and in addition shall impose a fine of $500, which costs and fine may be collected by the Clerk-Treasurer who is hereby authorized to pursue legal remedies in a court of law.

   (C)   Any user who violates §§ 51.43 or 51.44 may be punished by a fine of not more than $2,500. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to, or in the alternative to, a fine, water service may be terminated for any user who violates §§ 51.43 or 51.44.
