(A) Residential use shall be limited to personal use only.
(B) Municipal, business, commercial, and industrial users shall be limited to a reduction in usage of 30% percent of the volume of water used during the corresponding month of the preceding year. Municipal, business, commercial, or industrial users that were not in business and operating in the area served by the town’s public water system more than one year prior to the declaration of need shall be restricted to 70% of the average monthly volume of water used during the number of months such municipal, business, commercial, or industrial user was in business and operating in the public water system area.
(C) In addition to division (B) above, bulk haulers may not be permitted to purchase any water, at the discretion of the Superintendent, when water stored at a given time is less than 80% of storage capacity.
