§ 33.04 SCOPE OF ENFORCEMENT.

   Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6-9, those sections to be enforced by the Ordinance Violations Bureau as administrative body for the town are as follows:

   (A)   Section 91.32;

   (B)   Section 53.01;

   (C)   Section 91.31; and

   (D)   Sections 91.15 through 91.19.
