A mileage payment equal to the mileage payment established by the County Commissioners for county official and employee use of their personal vehicles on county business shall be established and adopted as the town’s mileage payment. Said mileage payment shall be paid to the town officials and employees for use of their personal vehicles while performing the functions of the town and said mileage rate to be paid upon presentation of a properly executed claim therefor, documenting the miles traveled and purpose thereof.
