§ 31.01 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

   The Town Council hereby adopts the National Incident Management System dated March 1, 2004.

§ 31.02 COUNTYWIDE ALL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.

   The Countywide All Hazard Mitigation Plan is hereby adopted as an official plan of the town.

§ 31.03 DISABILITY ASSISTANCE POLICY.

   The town has determined that the Disability Assistance Policy satisfactorily addresses the need to provide access to persons with disabilities. The town does herewith adopt and approve this Disability Assistance Policy for the town.
