§ 30.48 POLICE RESERVE OFFICERS.

The town may provide up to a maximum of four police reserve officers to assist its municipal Police Department in the performance of its duties. Reserve officers shall be appointed by the Town Council serving as the Board of Public Works and Safety for the town.
