§ 30.33 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY BOARD.
   The Town Council and the City Council of Batesville, Indiana, jointly form an Economic Development Advisory Board with the following provisions.
   (A)   The purpose of said Economic Development Advisory Board is to establish policies and priorities for the use of UDAG loan repayments from Hillenbrand Industries which provide maximum potential for the creation of employment for residents of the town.
   (B)   Said Economic Development Advisory Board shall consist of three citizens of the town and three citizens of Batesville who will be appointed by, and serve at the pleasure of, the chief elected official of the respective communities.
