The following salaries shall be paid to the following officials:

(e) Clerk of Council beginning 1/01/2012; in such event the Clerk of Council is a current employee of the City of Orrville, said position shall not be compensated separately from said employee’s wages paid by the City of Orrville. Rather, said employee shall be compensated for all hours worked for the City of Orrville, including those hours devoted to the position of Clerk of Council, in accordance with all appropriate Fair Labor Standards Wage and Hour Rules. In the event the Clerk of Council is not a current employee of the City of Orrville, the Clerk of Council shall be compensated at the rate of $4,000.00 per year.

(f) The Clerk of the Public Utilities Board shall be compensated at the rate of three thousand one hundred dollars ($3,100.00) per year. The Clerk of the Public Utility Board salary shall be adjusted annually at the same percentage as negotiated with the United City Workers beginning January 1, 2014.
(g) Members of the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and Design Review Board shall be compensated at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting for each meeting attended, except for elected officials of Council. (Ord. O-13. Passed 9-3-13.)
