151.07 LIFE, HEALTH AND DENTAL INSURANCE.
   (a)   The Public Utilities Board and the Director of Public Safety and Service are hereby authorized to institute an employee life, health and dental insurance program, for all full-time employees of the City in their respective departments, consisting of life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, major medical coverage and dental insurance, and an employee wellness program (including employee awards and incentives).

   (b)   The City may pay up to the entire premium cost of life and health insurance acquired for the full-time employees of the City.

   (c)   The City shall pay one-half of the cost of dental insurance acquired for the full-time employees of the City.
 
   (d)   The City’s share of the premium cost shall be paid out of the Light, Water and Sewer Funds for employees of the Orrville municipal utilities and out of the General Fund for employees under the supervision of the Director of Public Safety and Service.
