135.05 ALLOCATION OF INTEREST ON CITY GENERAL BANK ACCOUNT.

(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to establish a formula for the allocation of interest earned on the City's General Bank Account among the General Fund, the Water Fund and the Employee Health Insurance Fund except as otherwise provided for by law.

(b) Such formula and the allocation pursuant thereto shall be effective as of April 1, 1992.
