135.01 ACCEPTING AND CERTIFYING PREPAID SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.

The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to accept prepaid special assessments and, when so accepted, is hereby directed to certify to the County Auditor that such assessments have been paid.
