1303.19 REVOKING A FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.

A floodplain development permit shall be revocable, if among other things, the actual development activity does not conform to the terms of the application and permit granted thereon. In the event of the revocation of the permit, an appeal may be taken to the City of Orrville Planning Commission in accordance with Sections 1303.24 – 1303.30 of these regulations.
