1313.03 DEPOSIT AND BOND OR INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   Along with such application, there shall be deposited with the Director of Public Safety and Service not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) cash, sufficient in the opinion of the Director of Public Safety and Service to cover the cost to the City of any inspection or supervision required on the part of the City officials or employees.
   There shall also be deposited with the City a bond in such amount and with such surety as shall meet with the approval of the Director of Public Safety and Service, or a liability policy naming the City as the insured, in such amount as shall meet with the approval of the Director of Public Safety and Service, both in such form as approved by the Director of Law and as will safeguard and indemnify the City and private property owners from injury or damages arising or growing out of such moving operations, and further conditioned as may be required by the Director of Public Safety and Service in order to protect the public interest.
