(a) Whoever violates any section of this chapter may be enjoined from continued violation by a suit instituted by the Director of Public Safety and Service or his duly authorized representative.
(b) In addition to the provision set forth above, whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
