Should a public nuisance not be abated at the expiration time stated in the notice required by Section 1311.02, or expiration of the time stated in the special building permit issued by the Director of Public Safety and Service, or such additional time as the Hearing Board may grant, which shall not be less than ten days after notification of the decision of the Board has been served upon the owner in the manner required by Section 1311.02, the Director of Law shall be advised of all the facts in the case and shall institute appropriate action in the courts to compel such compliance. If any person when ordered by the Director to vacate an unsafe building or structure should fail to comply with such order, the Police Department shall be advised of all the facts in the case, and cause such building or structure to be vacated.
