The violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be a misdemeanor. The penalty for a first offense under this Chapter shall be a fine not to exceed fifteen dollars ($15.00). The penalty for a second offense under this Chapter shall be a fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). The penalty for a third offense under this Chapter shall be a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00). (Ord. 476, 10-16-1974)
