8-1-27: OWNER TO MAINTAIN PREMISES FREE OF LITTER:
The owner or person in control of any private property shall at all times maintain the premises free of debris, garbage, litter, rubbish and refuse; provided, however, that this Section shall not prohibit the storage of such debris, garbage, litter, rubbish and refuse as provided elsewhere in this Code. (Ord. 476, 10-16-1974)
