8-1-14: INSPECTION:

The Chief of Police, or such person as may be designated as Sanitary Inspector, or any other person concerned with the enforcement of laws shall have the right of ingress and egress to any premises for the purpose of inspecting all places and containers where rubbish or garbage is accumulated or kept. (Ord. 363, 6-29-1961)
