The City is hereby declared to be and is established as a single fire district; said fire district shall be divided into three (3) fire zones known and designated as Fire Zone No. 1, Fire Zone No. 2, and Fire Zone No. 3; said fire zones shall include such territory or portions of the City as more particularly set forth in Sections 7-4-2 through 7-4-5 of this Chapter.
