The boundaries of Fire Zone No. 1 are hereby declared to be and established as that territory or portion of the City within the "C-3 Central Business" and "C-4 Commercial, Industrial and Manufacturing Districts", as defined by Sections 11-2-7 and 11-2-8 of this Code and as shown on the Official Zoning Map of the City.
