1-8-3: ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND; PARTICIPATION IN:

The Village does hereby elect to participate in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund effective January 1, 1972; and the Village Clerk is hereby directed to promptly file a certified copy of this provision with the Board of Trustees of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. (Ord. 460, 8-30-71)
