§ 95.37  TOWN MAY ASSIST.
   This subchapter is to be specifically construed and understood to mean that regardless of what the town may undertake to do to aid, assist, clean, plow or in any other way relieve, mitigate, negate or in any other way does not change the property owners legal responsibility under § 95.36, or any other section of this subchapter.
