§ 94.02  SUPERVISION OF FIRE.
   Any person who shall burn or set fire to any materials addressed in § 94.01, regardless of the place of burning and not in violation of that section, shall not abandon the same and shall watch and maintain control over the same until entirely consumed and extinguished.
