(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating a provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.05 shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an offense and fined not less than $25 for a first offense, not less than $100 for a second offense within the same calendar year, and not less than $200 for all subsequent offenses within the same calendar year, but no fine shall exceed $2,500. Each day after the expiration date of the time limit ordered by the Town Marshal for abating a nuisance condition under §§ 92.01 through 92.05 shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
