§ 92.29  TIME.
   In computing any period of time prescribed in this subchapter, the day of the act, event or tagging, or mailing from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. Such time shall begin to run on the next succeeding day and shall conclude on 12:00 midnight of the last day of the period that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
