§ 90.02  RESTRAINT; RUNNING AT LARGE.
   All animals shall be kept under restraint by the animal’s owner while off the premises of the owner. No animal shall be allowed by its owner to run at large within the jurisdictional boundaries of the town, and it shall be deemed a violation of this chapter by each owner of an animal that is found to be running at large in the town.
