§ 70.047  SNOW EMERGENCIES.
   (A)   In order to keep the public streets open for the flow of traffic, the Superintendent of Streets shall use snow plows and other equipment as appropriate to remove the snow from the streets.
   (B)   When snow emergency conditions exist or are anticipated, each person should remove his or her parked motor vehicle from the street to facilitate snow removal operations of the Street Department.
   (C)   The Superintendent of Streets is authorized to ban parking in those areas where it is necessary to remove the snow to the curb to provide for the movement and safe passage of traffic.
